Exchange and Replacement Policies

At Divan Beds Deals, We are offering quick replacements for any part missing from the item you received.
You have to inform us about any missing part, the sooner the better.

*In case you received any damaged item, you shall notify us within 48 hours for the free exchange by the support team at Divan Beds Deals.
It will not be possible to replace the damaged item after this time frame.
We may ask you to provide the photographic evidence in order to replace the damaged parts.
During assembling if any damage happens because of you, we will not be responsible for the free exchange.
You have to pay for the replace parts according to their costs.

*While returning, items should be in their original condition and packaging.
Already assemble goods shall not be returned.
Items that are not in packaging can not be returned and not acceptable by Divan Beds Deals.
